I'm a Service Designer currently working in the public sector.
Being able to make a difference to the lives of New Zealanders is what motivates and drives me. I'm passionate about human-centred design; I find it challenging, rewarding, hard work and yet somehow energising all at the same time!
Sometimes there are difficult conversations to be had, particularly in some of my more recent work at Oranga Tamariki. A big part of my role is to work closely with others, advocating for community-led design, to create the best possible outcome.
It's these kinds of challenges that I love about Service Design.
